SERVICES NEEDED:

Accounting Services - to help set-up operational accounts, equity accounts and annuity accounts.

Legal Services - To advise the board president and the board, assist with donor questions, assist in submitting governmental applications to obtain federal exemption status for a mutual-aid nonprofit corporation.

Copy and Printing Services - To publish workbooks, brochures, flyers and copy board materials, etc.

PEOPLE NEEDED:

Volunteers - Secretarial assistance, answering telephones, working with the various board committee and assisting the president and secretary / treasurer.  Fundraising coordination and development.
